October 2007

Jam has been nominated for a BAFTA for the second year running.  Little Green Fingers, the short form pre-school gardening programmes we have produced over the course of this year for Nick Jr. has been nominated for an award in the Children's Short Form Category.

In 2006 Jam was nominated in the same category for Yummy Yummy.  Films from both of these series can be seen in our case studies section..

Septmber 2007

Jam has produced multiple projects over the summer months, completing projects for Discovery, Penguin, Puffin, Eurostar, and the new St Pancras station.

June 2007

Jam has been commissioned by Discovery to film the 'human' story behind the World Wife Carrying Championships held in Finland in July as an interstitial.  A further quirky event is to be filmed in St Petersburg in August.

April 2007

The first of our Little Green Fingers films for Nick Jr are now delivered, and shooting is lined up until the end of the Summer to cover the gardening projects we have established.

 

February 2007

The Discovery Channel has commissioned Jam to produce sponsorship credits for Tourism Ireland’s tie up with Pleasure Hunt.  In addition we are creating a 20 second commercial to air from March.

 

January 2007

Nick Jr have commissioned Jam’s latest offering for the pre-school channel – Little Green Fingers is a series of gardening-themed short films, which are supported by a specially developed online garden www.nickjr.co.uk/littlegreenfingers where users can interact with a virtual garden and learn how to do the gardening projects at home.

 

December 2006

Jam have been commissioned jointly by Penguin and Puffin Books to work alongside Michaelides and Bednash making a series of films to communicate the publishers marketing aims for 2007.  Included in the films are pieces for Nick Hornby and Jools Holland.

 

October 2006

Jam Creative has been nominated for a BAFTA.  Our pre-school cookery interstitials, Yummy Yummy, which we created for Nick Jr, have been shortlisted for an award in the Children's Short Form category.

September 2006

Jam delivers the film of Persil’s Be My Coach Skills Ball Event, packaged for online usage.

The performances are to be webcast on AOL from 5th September.

August 2006

Jam is commissioned to shoot Persil’s Be My Coach Skills Ball Event, to be held at The Truman Brewery, and featuring Mr Woo, the world freestyle football champion.

July 2006

Jam is commissioned to shoot a 40 second film to promote Persil’s Be My Coach Skills Ball event.

The film is to be shown exclusively through AOL’s home page and Kids section. It features the World Champion ‘Keepy Uppy’ freestyler Mr Woo.

Jam delivers 12 x 2 minute commercials for Persil’s Be My Coach summer promotion.

The commercials are, in effect, 24 minutes of reality style TV programming, broken down and scheduled as 2 minute films, and designed to be aired across the Nickelodeon channels. The spots are also available on a dedicated website: www.persilbemycoach.co.uk

Jam is commissioned to create Ordnance Survey sponsorship idents for The History Channel’s upcoming "Britain’s Finest…" series of programming.

June 2006

Jam delivers new branding idents for Nick Jr, Nickelodeon’s pre-school channel, as part of their ‘Join In’ campaign. Shot throughout the UK, the idents feature pre-schoolers showing the Nick Jr audience activities they can also Join In with.
